Questions about ordering and payment

Nothing is bought on this website. These answers explain how an enquiry becomes a confirmed piece of work, how you pay and what happens if plans change.

  1. How do I order a service?

Send an enquiry through the contact page describing what you need. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then send a written quotation. Work starts once you have confirmed the quotation in writing. There is no online checkout or card payment.

  2. What does a quotation contain?

It names the service, lists what is included, states the price in pounds sterling and notes anything that could change it, such as extra revisions or travel. It also gives the expected timing agreed with you. Read it through, and ask us to amend anything that does not match your needs.

  3. How do I pay?

We issue an invoice after the work is confirmed, and you pay by bank transfer using the details on the invoice. We do not take card payments or use payment services. For larger projects, the quotation may set out payment in stages.

  4. Is VAT included in the prices?

Prices on this page are starting figures, and the quotation states clearly whether VAT is added and at what amount. You will see the full total before you confirm anything, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

  5. What if I need to cancel?

Tell us in writing as early as you can. Cancellations and any refund follow our payment and refund policy, which explains what applies before and after work has started. We will point you to the relevant part and answer any questions about your case.

  6. Can the price change after I confirm?

Not without your agreement. If the scope grows, for example a larger studio or extra venue visits, we tell you first and send an amended quotation. Work beyond the confirmed scope does not begin until you have agreed in writing.

  7. Do you offer a price for a very small question?

Short questions that need only a brief reply are often answered by e-mail at no charge. If the answer needs drawings or a review of your plans, we suggest an advice session and quote for it so the cost is clear.

  8. Can I get a quotation for a live event?

Yes. Workflow planning for live events depends on the number of cameras, audio sources and crew, and on the venue. Tell us about the event through the contact page and we will prepare a written quotation.
