Accessibility Statement
What we do so that this website works for everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
We want bulletico.net to work for every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier. This statement explains what bulletico has done, which gaps remain and how to report a barrier.
Our approach
We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate task. Whenever a page is added or the design changes, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, used with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under bulletico.net.
Standards
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. At present this site is only partially conformant: most content satisfies the guidelines, while the points listed below do not. Where a requirement cannot be met immediately, we look for another way of supplying the information.
Measures taken
The website uses semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, one main heading per page and link texts that make sense on their own. Navigation and main content are marked as separate regions, each page states its language for screen readers, and images that carry information have text alternatives.
Body text, links and buttons reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1. Because sizes are relative, zooming in or increasing the font size in the browser does not break the layout, and every part of the site can be operated with a keyboard.
Information in another form
This website is not the only way of obtaining information from bulletico. You can telephone us on 01206 574318 during normal business hours, write to hello@bulletico.net or send a letter to 14 Culver Mews, Colchester CO1 1WG. Where a page is not accessible to you, we will read the information out by telephone or supply it in plain text form.
Reporting a barrier
Please report any accessibility problem you encounter by email to hello@bulletico.net or by telephone on 01206 574318. A short description of the page, of the difficulty and of the device or assistive technology involved allows us to reproduce the fault. We normally answer within five working days and explain what we intend to do about it.
Known limitations
Some pictures are general illustrations and carry a short alternative text rather than a detailed description.
Preparation and review
This statement was prepared on 25 October 2026 on the basis of our own review. We checked the main page types with a keyboard, with increased zoom and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any major change to the website.
