Cookie Policy

Cookies and browser storage on this website, explained in a few short sections.

bulletico operates bulletico.net. This page sets out which entries the site places on your device, why they are used, what happens when a cookie notice is accepted or rejected, and how an answer can be withdrawn.

About cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device so that it can recognise your browser and keep settings between visits. Browsers offer comparable techniques, above all local storage, which holds entries in a similar way. Where this policy mentions cookies, those technologies are meant as well.

Which cookies this website uses

bulletico.net presents information and contact details; it has no user accounts and no online shop, so very few entries are needed. Strictly necessary entries keep the pages working and secure, including any value that records your answer to a cookie notice, and they do not require consent.

One of these entries is a cookie set by the server that delivers the pages. It holds a random identifier, no name or contact details, and lets the server recognise a browser that comes back, so that one visit is handled as one and automated misuse can be turned away. It is renewed with each visit and expires 30 days after the last one.

Advertising, tracking and personal data

There are no advertising or retargeting cookies here and no tracking across websites, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Entries that can be connected to a person count as personal data; the privacy policy of bulletico sets out why they are used, how long they are kept and what your rights are.

Where a cookie notice is displayed, the only thing it saves is your answer, agreement or refusal, as one value in the local storage of the browser you are using (localStorage), after which it stays hidden. It appears again in a different browser or on a different device, and wherever storage is blocked.

Storage periods

Session entries disappear when the browser window is closed, while others are given a set lifetime so that a preference survives until you come back. The answer saved by the cookie notice does not expire and remains until you or your browser remove it.

Withdrawing your consent and deleting cookies

You can withdraw an earlier consent at any time, just as easily as you gave it: delete the data this website has stored in your browser and open a page again, and the saved answer is gone. Every common browser also has settings for cookies and site data, where stored entries can be viewed and removed.

Content embedded from other providers

We do not embed services from other providers that would set cookies of their own. If a map, a video or a similar element were added later, its provider could store entries on your device once it loads, and this policy would be updated before such content is published.

Updates to this policy and questions

We review this policy when the website changes, when new functions are added or when the rules develop; only the version on this page applies, and the date at the top shows its last revision. Questions can be sent to bulletico at hello@bulletico.net or asked by telephone on 01206 574318.
