Payment and Refund Policy
Payment, cancellation and refund rules for the services of this business.

This policy describes how bulletico handles payments, cancellations and refunds for the services it provides in and around Colchester. It applies to every order agreed with us by telephone, email or in person.
How prices and orders are agreed
The prices of our services are those published on this website on the day of your enquiry. To order, write to us at hello@bulletico.net or call 01206 574318; we reply with a written confirmation of the service, its price and the date. The order becomes binding once you accept that confirmation, and the invoice follows.
Payment terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless a different term is agreed in writing, and we accept bank transfer as well as the other methods stated on the invoice. For larger jobs an advance payment or payment in instalments may be agreed and recorded in the quotation. Overdue invoices are followed up with a reminder.
Refunds and part-completed work
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed; if that method can no longer be used, we transfer the amount to a bank account you confirm to us in writing at hello@bulletico.net, without any fee. A service carried out as agreed is not refunded, and for work only partly done we refund the part not provided, less material or third-party costs agreed with you in advance.
Complaints and remedies
If you are not satisfied with our work, please describe the problem in writing to hello@bulletico.net within 14 days of the service, while the details are still fresh. We look into it and suggest a correction, a repeat of the service, a partial refund or another solution that fits the case.
Right to cancel
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a right to cancel a contract agreed by telephone, by email or online, that right applies in addition to this policy. Written notice to hello@bulletico.net within the statutory period is enough, and any work you expressly asked us to begin before withdrawing is then settled separately.
